Food consumption.

The United Nations Food Program shows that about half of the world's food production is wasted without human consumption. It is a serious issue that needs to be addressed around the world.

The United Nations has projected a world population of 9.7 billion by 2050 and 11 billion by 2100. The question for the world community is whether the world is capable of providing food for such a population. Here we have to focus on how exactly half of the world's food production is destroyed.

The average person consumes about 1.4 kilograms of food per day. The estimated annual food requirement is 3.7 billion metric tons. World food production in 2019 will be 4 billion metric tons. Accordingly, 1.4 metric tons of food was destroyed without being consumed.

We must ensure that the vegetable harvest produced by our farmer through sweat and tears is not wasted and delivered to the consumer without any pollution.

It is the responsibility of all of us to pay proper attention to them and protect our country's fruits and vegetables from being wasted.

                                                   .. Thank you..
